| While home on leave I proposed to my wife after we had the BBQ Burgers topped W/slaw in April '70, We've been married for 32 years now. Oh yeah, I was a curbhop, #14, in '65 or'66 at the Ferguson resturant.
I worked for Jim Groves, Don the manager, and I remember lots of the guys and girls who worked there at that time.I had a lot of life lessons that have stuck with me all these years. My wife is friends with Jim Groves' daughter,who we used to attend the same church with. I remember a lot of the guys and girls names, Bob, John B, Jim H,Gary, Carrol who I dated, Terry K, just to name a few.
I am looking forward to the new one here in St Charles to open,and I plan to be there a lot.
